1. General Terms & Conditions

Scope

These T&Cs apply to all services provided by Bardha Busch Functional Training (hereinafter BBFT / Kilchberg Athletik), in particular to personal training and group classes.

Conclusion of contract

The contract between BBFT and the customer comes into effect once BBFT confirms the booking in writing or electronically.

Scope of services

BBFT offers personal training and group classes according to the offers and descriptions current at the time. Changes to the schedule or to the trainers are reserved.

Prices and payment terms

• The current prices for personal training and group classes are available on the website and at the studio.
• Payment is made in advance and can be made by bank transfer, credit card or other payment methods specified.
• Subscriptions and packages must be used within the stated validity period.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date without deduction.
  • After the payment deadline expires, the customer is in default without further reminder.
  • A payment reminder may be sent.
• From 14 days after the invoice date, a reminder fee of CHF 20.– will be charged. For each additional reminder at intervals of 7 days, further reminder fees may be charged.
• Kilchberg Athletik also reserves the right to suspend further services in the event of outstanding payments.

Cancellation and withdrawal

• Personal training: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full price will be charged.
• Group classes: Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the class starts. No refund is given for later cancellations.
• BBFT reserves the right to cancel classes if there are too few participants or for other important reasons. In this case, an alternative service will be offered or the fee refunded.
• The contract may be terminated by the client with immediate effect. In this case, there is a refund entitlement of 50% of the training sessions already paid for but not yet used.
• Termination must be made in writing.

Liability

BBFT accepts no liability for theft in any of BBFT's premises, in the changing room or at the training facility.

Changes to the T&Cs

BBFT reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers in good time and in an appropriate manner.

Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of BBFT.

2. Privacy & Image Rights

Photos & videos (social media)

• Photos and videos may be taken on BBFT's premises for social media use.
• If this is not desired, the member is obliged to inform the coach upon entering the premises. In this case, we ensure that he/she does not appear in any images.
• The photos/videos may be used on common social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat (list not exhaustive).

Personal data

• Customers' personal data is treated confidentially and used only for internal purposes.
• Disclosure to third parties only takes place with the customer's explicit consent or where required by law.

Third-party services

Eversports is used for class bookings. Contact requests are processed via Netlify Forms. The privacy policies of these providers apply in each case.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your stored data. Please send requests to: info@kilchbergathletik.ch

3. House Rules

All customers must comply with the house rules posted in the studio.

In the event of repeated or serious violations of the house rules, BBFT may exclude the customer from training. In this case, no refund of fees will be given.
