Our Concept
What drives
us.
Movements that count in everyday life and sport alike. No machine park — real athletics.

In 2017 she stumbled into a CrossFit box in Miami — and remembered what it feels like to love sport. Today she founded Kilchberg Athletik to pass that fire on to others. Alongside training, she also guides nutrition changes and comeback journeys after injuries.

What our
members say.
"My coach sees every movement. Small corrections no video or app could ever give you — after a year I move completely differently in everyday life. Strength and coordination at a level I didn't think was possible."
"My first pull-up wasn't luck — it was a coach who knew exactly which step came next. Here you're seen — even in a group."
"Over 50 you don't need a standard programme, you need someone who watches your body. My coach knows my weak spots and builds the training right around them. I feel stronger than I did at 40."
"What keeps me here is the real coaching. The trainer notices when I'm having a bad day and adapts — instead of pushing me through a fixed workout."
"My coach spotted my weaknesses early and worked on them specifically. From zero to my first Hyrox in four months — with a plan that was genuinely built around me."
"Coach and physio were in constant contact. After my knee injury there was no gap between rehab and training — just people who knew my story."
"No waving through, no just counting reps. The coach watches, corrects, pushes. That's exactly why it's the best part of my day."
